Your form has been submitted or you have chosen to submit a job without a form.
The next step is to submit your file to our FTP server.
If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater, use the following instructions, otherwise click here for instructions on using an FTP client.
INTERNET EXPLORER 6.0 OR GREATER
If you are ready to transfer a file, click here to connect to our FTP server at ftp.copymachine.net and follow the previous instructions. If you are having problems, give us a call or e-mail us.
Please read the entire instructions first.
1) When you connect to our FTP site, you will be prompted for a user ID and password. If you have an account with us, enter your user ID and password. (If you would like an account with us, give us call) Otherwise, enter a user ID of FTPGuest and a password of guest.
2) After you have been verified and logged in, your browser will display a window of the folder you have logged into. You will see at least a readme.txt file in the window. Reduce the size of the window so you can see part of the desktop.
3) Now you are ready to transfer a file from your computer to our FTP site. Open a new window on your desktop where the file you want to copy is located.
4) To copy your file, simply drag the file from your desktop window onto your Internet Explorer window. A message indicating the file is being transferred will be displayed. That's it your done!
In your FTP client, select the option to add a new site. Add the following entries:
Site Name: The Copy Machine, Inc. FTP Server
Host Name: ftp.copymachine.net
IP Address: 216.160.90.20
User ID: your account ID, or FTPGuest if you don't have one.
Password: your password, or guest if you don't have an account.
